Getuk Lindri
Material:1 kg of cassava that was good and was removed200 g sugar100 ml water½ teaspoon vanilla powder100 g of youngish grated coconutcolorant according to taste
Method:Peel the cassava, wash clean, and cut into small pieces. Steamed cassava in a saucepan heat until tender.
Angkat.Selagi hot, mashed cassava until smooth.
Cook sugar, water and vanilla until the sugar has dissolved. Lift.
Pour into cassava. Add the grated coconut.
Stir until blended. Give colorant according to taste.
Enter into the mill, then cut.
Serve.
For 20 pieces
